Overview of relationship
The unique PacketShaper application monitoring and classification capability is a key element of the Application Performance Analysis service and associated application performance consultancy services. These allow us to provide comprehensive control and monitoring of critical applications whilst ensuring that network bandwidth is optimized and used in the most efficient manner possible.
Our application performance services along with Packeteer technology capabilities align the network with the business. This allows IT Managers to move beyond the network level with monitoring, reporting and SLA’s to now receive application level monitoring, reporting and consider application based SLA’s.
We also provide Deployment & Operational Support Services using its infrastructure and service personnel in business centers all over the world.
